Nick will help you design your tiny house to your own requirements.

Whether it's a makeup draw in the bathroom, a spice rack in the kitchen, space for yoga or somewhere to put your tea cup beside the bed, it's all do-able with a little bit of design time.

$2,000 Complete Design

Nick will work with you for a number of hours, perfecting your layout, discussing many issues such as stair placement, window placement, access for walkways and kitchen equipment. You will end up with a complete layout to meet your needs, a framing plan, electrical plan, plumbing plan and a floor plan. This can then be passed on to a builder of your choice.

Or, of course, we can build it for you.

Build

Nick and his team will build your tiny house to the stage you require, from trailer only, through lock up to complete fit out.

$65,000 - $110,000 Complete Build

Inclusions : Trailer, all materials that make the building, including windows, doors, roof, walls, insulation, flooring, internal lining, bathroom, kitchen, stairs to mezzanine, kitchen cupboards, plenty of storage, fridge, oven, stovetop, rangehood, composting toilet (if required), shower, basin. The list goes on. Also builds the deck and awning to be quoted separately.

Trailer only : $13,000 Lockup stage : $35,000 – $55,000
